Stress and Depression
What should you do?
The most important question to ask yourself is:
How healthy is my nervous system?
You may suffer from vertigo and migraines, back pains, repetitive, awkward movements, an eating disorder like bulimia, a lack of appetite, and trouble managing your weight, poor sleep patterns and a lack of energy, mood swings, panic attacks and unexplained rages.
You may also have encountered sexual problems, skin disorders like psoriasis, heart palpitations or allergies. You are extremely stressed.
- If your system is hyperactive, you can be pale, and have rapid breathing and tachycardia.
- If your system is compromised, you can suffer from hypertension, chronic fatigue, insomnia, digestive problems, and depression.
You are becoming increasingly vulnerable. This can lead to sickness and further depression.
